Corporate Compliance

CADA is committed to complying with all federal, state, and local laws and relevant statues and regulations, and all relevant regulatory bodies, and all regulations set forth by funding agencies. To fulfill this commitment, multiple staff members are engaged in compliance monitoring. CADA’s compliance officers are:

 

Joyce Bracey, President & CEO- Legal and Human Resource Compliance Officer

  • Monitor all matters related to labor laws and best practices in Human Resources

  • Maintain contact with labor attorney when the need arises, such as terminating employment or navigating complex human resource situations

  • Ensure that all CADA’s Policies, Procedures, Plans, and Rules are followed to minimize liability risk

 

 

Amanda Walker, Chief Operating Officer (COO)- Accreditation, Licensure, & Client Services Compliance

  • Ensure that all policies, procedures, plans, and rules follow all regulatory body regulations, including, but not limited to Managed Care Organizations, Federal and other funding sources, DHH, and CARF

  • Submit responses to regulatory body requests for information, and renewal applications in a timely manner.

  • Monitor client satisfaction metrics and ensure response to complaints

 

 

Sean O’Donnell, Chief Finance & Administration Officer (CFAO)- Financial Compliance

  • Ensure that the Accounting Policy & Procedure Manual (APPM) remains up-to-date and in compliance with regulations from all regulatory bodies

  • Ensure that all CADA finance practices are in accordance with the APPM
