CADA is committed to providing person centered services throughout all our programs and services. CADA’s holistic philosophy teaches adaptive coping mechanisms to address underlying issues allowing persons served to become capable of a life free from addiction, mental illness, and co-occurring disorders. CADA programs incorporate family, friends, and community resources to provide support for a stable recovery environment. Additionally, CADA provides persons served with an understanding of how a healthy lifestyle and behavioral management tools can aid in the treatment of addiction, mental illness, and co-occurring disorders.

All plans of service are developed through a person-centered planning process based on clients expressed interest, needs, strengths, and abilities. CADA utilizes different treatment modalities including group and individual therapy, and family education. All programs use evidence-based approaches that are effective in treating substance use, mental health, and co-occurring disorders. The multi-disciplinary staff includes a medical doctor trained in addiction medicine and psychiatry, a licensed addiction counselor, licensed professional counselors, social workers, and other staff trained in the treatment of substance use, mental health, and co-occurring disorders. CADA places an emphasis on involvement in self-help programs to provide additional social support and coping mechanism for clients. Individualized case management services, based on nationally recognized standards, are provided to all clients.
