Intensive Outpatient Treatment

What is an IOP?

An intensive outpatient program provides in-depth treatment for adults experiencing chronic problems with alcohol and other drugs. Participants are educated about the physical, emotional, mental health, social, and legal consequences of substance abuse as well as how to prevent relapse.

Is it right for me?

Individuals choose to get help through an IOP because there is minimal disruption to their daily routine.  For 3 hours per day, 3 days a week, participants engage in group and individual counseling, addiction, education, 12-step recovery education, relapse prevention training, and routine drug screens.  Participants also attend weekly AA/NA  meetings as part of their treatment.

How do I get started?

Call, e-mail, or stop by to speak with a qualified clinician to see if you would benefit from treatment. Some insurance accepted & financial assistance is available for those that qualify.

When is it?

IOP classes are offered Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9:00am-12:00pm.  A full course takes 8 weeks to complete and covers 24 classes.
