PARENT
FORUMS An essential ingredient to a worthwhile prevention strategy in schools is parental involvement. CADA works closely with parents to teach them about the dangers of alcohol and drugs and youth, helps them learn about the signs that a child might have a substance abuse problem, and where to go for help. CADA provides Parent Forums in both schools we are currently working with as well as schools who do not but wish to provide a learning opportunity for parents.

their kids stay alcohol and drug free, check out this web

COMMUNITY
FORUMS CADA provides educational, one-time
presentations to community groups, church groups, and businesses to help bring
about awareness of substance abuse, the signs, and where to go for help. CADA also attends a large number of
school and community fairs and festivals, health fairs, and informational forums
to provide information and referral to the general public.
To schedule a parent forum at your school or to have CADA participate in a community forum, contact Carolyn Freeman at freeman.carolyn@gmail.com
